This is cool. There's a vietnamese item that looks? similar to this, called as Banh Xeo, or in English - Vietnamese Crepes. Once the batter is poured into a sizzling hot pan, you want to pick up the pan and swirl the batter to coat the entire bottom of the pan to make it round. As the crepes cook, the sides are lightly oiled like you would do to a dosa cooking on a tawa. Do you think that can be done with this Besan batter?
